Our Approach

If your walls could talk, what would they say about you?

Most people underestimate how much walls do for a room. The right paint color changes the light. The right paneling adds warmth and character that no furniture can replicate. Shiplap, barn board, cedar, tile — these aren't just trends, they're materials that, when installed well, become part of what makes a home feel like home. We handle custom painting and wall treatments as part of our broader design and build work, which means the finish always fits the room it's going into. No guesswork, no mismatched results.

REASONS TO UPDATE YOUR WALLS

When is it time for a refresh?

  • You've repainted the same tired color three times and it still isn't working
  • You want texture, warmth, or character that paint alone can't deliver
  • A remodel left walls that need finishing work to match the new space
  • You've been eyeing shiplap or barn board and want it done right
  • Your bathroom tile is dated and the walls are the first thing you notice
  • You're preparing to sell and want the interior to feel fresh and move-in ready

One point of contact, start to finish

No chasing down architects, contractors, or permit offices. You have one team and one person to call, from first sketch to final walkthrough.

We design around your budget

Many firms design the dream, then hand you a bill that doesn't match it. We start with your number and build the plan around it — no sticker shock.

Your vision survives the build

A lot gets lost when the design firm hands off to the contractor. We can draw the plans and build to them. AKA: what you approved is what gets built.

Your timeline is ours to protect

When design and construction live under one roof, no one else's schedule can slow yours down. We control the process so you're not waiting on a separate third party to move forward.

You focus on the fun part

Finishes, fixtures, how it all comes together — that's your job. Permits, inspections, scheduling, and the heavy lift? That's ours.

75% of our work comes from referrals

We don't take that lightly. It means our clients trust us enough to send their family and neighbors our way. And we intend to keep earning that.

Frequently Asked Questions

Interior wall treatment FAQs

Both. We take on painting and wall treatment projects on their own as well as as part of larger remodels. Either way the process is the same — we visit the space, understand what you're going for, and put together a plan.

Shiplap and barn board have had staying power well beyond the trend cycle — when they're done well and fit the home, they don't date quickly. Limewash paint and textured plaster finishes are gaining ground too. We'll tell you honestly what we think will age well in your specific space.

Yes. Choosing paint colors is harder than it looks and the wrong choice is an expensive mistake. We can help you think through how light, trim color, and adjacent rooms affect the final result.

Both. Sometimes one well-done wall is exactly what a room needs. Other times a full treatment makes more sense. We'll help you figure out which approach serves the space.

In most cases yes. We assess the wall structure and substrate first to make sure the installation is done correctly. Moisture-prone areas like bathrooms require additional consideration depending on the material.

A single room paint job may take a day or two. A full wall paneling project or whole home paint runs longer depending on scope. We give you a realistic timeline during the estimate.

Every project comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty. If something isn't right with our work, we come back and make it right.
