Our Approach

We build garages around how you live, not just what you drive

We've built two-car garages and we've built garages with heated mechanics bays, finished workshops, and full master suites on the second floor.

The scope changes but the process doesn't, we design it in-house, draw the structural plans, pull the permits, and build it ourselves. Whether you're starting from scratch or converting existing garage space into something more livable, we assess what's possible on your property and build to it.

What's Possible
1-car garage
multi-car garages
heated & insulated garages
workshop space
mechanic bay
garage conversions
garage door install
second floor additions
In-law suites

A finished basement or attic can become more than extra living space — it can become a fully self-contained unit. If you're thinking about an ADU or in-law suite, our FlexUnit™ service is where that conversation starts.

Reasons to build or upgrade garage

What could your unfinished space become?

    • You don't have a garage and wish you did every winter
    • Current garage doesn't fit your vehicles, tools, or everyday use
    • Want a dedicated workshop or mechanics bay that's built for the work
    • Second floor could become a suite, guest space, or rental unit
    • Convert existing garage space into finished living area
    • Adding to your property and a garage is part of the vision

One point of contact, start to finish

No chasing down architects, contractors, or permit offices. You have one team and one person to call, from first sketch to final walkthrough.

We design around your budget

Many firms design the dream, then hand you a bill that doesn't match it. We start with your number and build the plan around it — no sticker shock.

Your vision survives the build

A lot gets lost when the design firm hands off to the contractor. We can draw the plans and build to them. AKA: what you approved is what gets built.

Your timeline is ours to protect

When design and construction live under one roof, no one else's schedule can slow yours down. We control the process so you're not waiting on a separate third party to move forward.

You focus on the fun part

Finishes, fixtures, how it all comes together — that's your job. Permits, inspections, scheduling, and the heavy lift? That's ours.

75% of our work comes from referrals

We don't take that lightly. It means our clients trust us enough to send their family and neighbors our way. And we intend to keep earning that.

Frequently Asked Questions

Garage construction FAQs

Ceiling height, moisture levels, and egress are the three biggest factors. Most basements can be finished with the right approach — we assess all of it during the on-site consultation and tell you honestly what's possible and what it involves.

In most Massachusetts municipalities, yes. Finished living space requires permits covering framing, electrical, plumbing if applicable, and insulation. We handle the entire permitting process in-house.

Often yes, depending on your town's zoning and the layout of the space. Egress, fire separation, and utility requirements all factor in. If that's the direction you're headed, our FlexUnit™ service is the right starting point — it's designed specifically for ADU feasibility and construction.

Anything from a home theater and kids playroom to a guest suite, home office, gym, or rental unit. We've built them all. The design starts with how you want to use it.

We sure can! Attic conversions follow a similar process — we assess ceiling height, structural capacity, insulation requirements, and access before designing the space. Attics can become bedrooms, offices, or bonus rooms depending on what the structure allows.

Most basement finishing projects run 6 to 10 weeks depending on scope and complexity. A full basement with a bathroom, bedroom, and living area takes longer than an open rec room. We give you a realistic timeline during the estimate.

Every project comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty. If something isn't right with our work, we come back and make it right.
